Home booking

To help us provide the best possible service to you, our customers and as a courtesy to our therapists, we need to apply the following terms and conditions:

• All treatments are subject to the availability of our Qualified Therapists.

• Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations.

• You will be required to complete a health record at the time of your booking. This will allow your therapist to correctly prepare for your massage and provide the best possible treatment for you. This is also a requirement for insurance purposes.

• We require payment in full at the time of your booking. You will be asked to supply your credit card details to secure your booking and to cover any cancellation fees. These details are kept strictly confidential. We accept visa, mastercard and Amex.

• Cancellations- Bookings can be rescheduled for any reason, or transferred to a 6 month gift voucher. Refunds are not available. Please try to give 24 hours notice of a reschedule. If the booking is cancelled with less than 2 hour notice a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If the massage therapist has been deployed on the day without a prior cancellation full payment will be charged.

• Your therapist will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your massage, to set up and start your massage at the scheduled appointment time.

• We attempt to allow for enough time for your therapist to travel to you. However, circumstances out of our control may occur at times which may result in your therapist arriving late. In the event that your therapist is held up you will be advised by telephone, and the length of your massage shall commence from the time your massage commences.

• In the event that your therapist arrives at the designated property, and there is no-one home, they will stay for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time for your massage. If you have not arrived within this time frame then you forfeit your massage, and no refund will be paid.

• In the event that you are running late and are not ready to commence your massage at the scheduled time, your massage will still conclude at the scheduled finish time, to allow our therapists to care equally for all of our clients.

• Underwear must be worn at all times, throughout the duration of the massage, including the transition of the client onto and off of the massage table.

• The therapist has the right to cancel the massage, and leave the premises immediately if there is any harassment; physical, sexual or verbal. This could result in a police report being filed if the charges are deemed to be of a serious nature.
